Who we are

What we collect

• Email when you create an account.
• Subscription tier and expiry to manage access.
• Optional context (age, life stage, cycle timing, notes) in your browser; synced to our EU database if you are signed in.
• Issue reports: marker name, issue type, optional note (no numeric lab values).
• Monthly decode count in your browser localStorage only.

What we do not store on our servers

• Your full lab report text after processing completes.
• A server-side history of your decoded results.
• Advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

During a decode, English report text is sent through our API to our AI extraction provider so lab markers can be read. Decode applies best-effort browser-side redaction to pasted text and text-based PDFs first, but lab values may still be health data. Non-English uploads are not supported. Screenshots, photos, and scanned PDFs are paused in the web app until identifiers can be redacted before extraction. See the data protection notice for more detail.

Your rights (GDPR)

Access, correction, deletion, and portability. Email privacy@femhealth.science from your account email, or include enough information for us to verify the request. We respond within 30 days.
